Collaborative Innovation Management

Our mission is to simplify cross-discipline innovation by providing a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) web-based platform that empowers organizations to manage the structure, workings, and evolution of their innovation ecosystem.

1. NODES

Structure Your Innovation Ecosystem as a Tree of Nodes

A node can represent any constituent within an organization's ecosystem—from entire systems to components, actors, software, and other entities. Nodes can also be used to structure organizational units like departments, labs, and their projects.

2. WORKFLOWS

Model Processes by Defining Interactions

  • Workflows can be used to model various processes—from the workings of systems and individual components to organizational flows such as business procedures, supply chain logistics, and more.
  • A view is automatically generated by laying out interactions between nodes, providing users with a standardized interface that works across disciplines, ensuring consistency and eliminating ambiguity in the system's workings.

Sample Engine Workflow featuring only its first-level nodes, shown in orange. Each flow consists of multiple steps, where nodes take inputs and generate outputs, providing a comprehensive view of the system’s dynamics.

3. CONTRIBUTION REQUESTS

Propose Innovations Along With Peer Reviews

A Contribution Request is a proposal to merge a set of changes into the project. It clearly displays the structural and textual differences between the current project and the proposed changes, allowing stakeholders to seamlessly review, approve, and merge them.

3.1 Suggest Workflow Changes

Contribution Requests also track differences in Workflows. In the following sample, in order to use only first-level car's components, we removed two steps (shown in red) and added a new one (shown in green).

4. MODULAR MANAGEMENT

Focus On Nodes With Holistic Overview

Each node in the tree has its own dedicated page that incorporates all the features mentioned above. This setup enables teams to focus on their individual modules while maintaining a holistic, big-picture view by navigating to parent nodes.

5. CROSS-DISCIPLINE TEAMWORK

Use Standardized Interface For Diverse Projects

Our node-based interface helps teams to progressively understand complex systems, regardless of their primary discipline. With features like Contribution Requests and Workflows, teams can ensure they incorporate diverse perspectives from various stakeholders.
